The Great Australian Doorstep a travel program that can be seen on Channel 7 Two, have paid a visit the museum to record a segment for the new series.

We were just closing the museum for the night when a young lady arrived and asked if they could include the museum in the filming for the new series of "The Great Australian Doorstep" Hosted by Spida Everitt. Well they turned up next day with the young lady who is married to Spida and commence film her and her son walking around the museum and looking at the exhibits. after a couple of hours filming they left and made arrangements to return on Saturday with Spida to complete the filming.

When Saturday came the crew together with Spida arrived and once again started to film but this time it was with Spida doing some commentary and voice over for the previous film that had been done.
We are not sure when it will go to air but the series starts on June 18th and runs for 26 weeks.
